THE HARPOON INSPIRED KNIFE DESIGN BY PAUL MUNKO/COLORFUL FILTH

I am extremely excited to show you all the Mystic, my third knife design to be released in collaboration with my good friends over at Kizer Cutlery!

The Mystic is a full sized front flipper/thumb stud opening knife inspired by Mystic Connecticut, a historical New England whaling and shipbuilding town. I grew up in CT and always looked forward to my family trips to Mystic Seaport. The walks on the old ship, the beauty of the shoreline, it was and continues to be a beautiful sight to behold.

This knife is a love letter to our history, and was inspired to reflect the curves and utilitarian features of hunting harpoons of the 1800's.
